I’m so sorry for your loss.
The stats say 1 in 4 women suffer from miscarriages but my bet is that it’s even higher than that.
This is a topic that isn’t often discussed and isn’t often considered ‘a real loss’ which makes this journey even more of a challenge. Many suffer alone in silence. After what is often a grief filled experience, many expect you to just get back up and try again (your doctor included)
But while you’re journeying through your grief and all the things that come with a loss, you aren’t ready to start again. You want to know what things can be done to help reduce the risk of this happening again. You want answers.
